Twin Character cards are different from regular trading cards for a couple of different reasons: they are half the size of a regular trading card and they are composed of a top sticker and underneath a "regular" card. The bottom card is always the same for the number in all three series; it's the top stickers that vary. There are, to the best of my knowledge, Twin Character cards for only three seasons: S, SuperS and Stars.
Each set also has a major difference. The "S" set is composed of 48 cards, the first 24 which, underneath, are regular cards and the second 24 are prisms. The "SuperS" set has 4 clear cards and then 12 regular cards with a top sticker on the regular card. The final set, "Stars" is completely different in that the prisms are actually the top sticker and there is no discernable pattern for their distribution card number-wise. Below are scans of the top sticker of the Twin Character card extras that I have. I have named the top stickers, so if you want a particular image, let me know which it is {eg. "Michiru"}. If you want a particular number and I have more than one with different top pictures, you can ask for it by number or by number & name {eg. "#6 Introduction"}.
